Learn to go about your day like an Angel. Smile more and speak positively from your heart. Speak from a position of love. Only reply with comments that are loving and kind. Do not reply with hurtful or critical comments. Learn to manage your anger so that you use your energy positively. Whilst going about your day only use your energy to create love and encouragement for others. Never use your words or energy to harm others.
In every situation there is a blessing. Look at each situation from its most positive perspective. External influences can have the effect of causing us to think that we have happiness or sadness. These external influences are illusions. These illusions detract you from your path of Peace.
Peace is your natural equilibrium. When you sit in stillness and you just listen to the silence, then you find within you everything that is love, contentment and joy. It is on the road of calm without the need for external gratification, that you will truly know the energy of your God and the Angels. Find your place of equilibrium and find yourself.
